Glebe House takeover

For two nights this summer, Doucet head chef David Knapman will be taking over the kitchen at Glebe House to cook a menu inspired by his time working in Burgundy.

These two dinners will be centred around Burgundian classics created with seasonal East Devon ingredients in the stunning countryside setting at Glebe House. Our guests for the evening can expect saucisson fait maison, pâté en croute, plenty of moutarde, a drop or two of vin and a host of joie de vivre.

David has been helping out the team at Glebe over the past eight months and these two dinners mark a celebration of their time spent working together before his first restaurant Doucet opens in Exeter later this year. We very much look forward to welcoming you for this special evening.

Price: £65 – 5 courses with canapés and mignardise
